Tagilvodka is the only business that now has the new excise duty stamps, reports Sverdlovsk Region Tax and Duty Administration

As the spokesperson for Sverdlovsk Region Tax and Duty Administration said to UrBC representative, Tagilvodka JSC is the only winery that has received the new format excise duty stamps so far.
‘The Administration has stamps for all types of drinks, including wine and vodka, yet only Tagilvodka obtained over 1 million stamps.’
