UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 25, 2020. The Russian Red Cross and Yekaterinburg Council extended their Guangzhou humanitarian aid event (collecting money and supplies for the people of Guangzhou) to February 28, 2020.

Now Guangzhou authorities appealed to Yekaterinburg residents for help earlier, so the event took off as early as February 11.
