5 February 2020 (09:08)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 5, 2020. Ural Airlines sent a batch of breathing masks to China: these will be handed out at the country’s airports free of charge, the air carrier’s press service reports.
‘China has been facing breathing mask shortage since the outbreak of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in the country. Locals are forced to think outside the box and resort to makeshift solutions,’ the company says.
The airline says all of Ural Airlines’ planes are already packed with breathing masks as well; these are available upon request as well as given out to every passenger showing any symptoms of the infection. Additionally, there are always all-purpose anti-epidemic kits (disinfectants and individual protective gear) on board.
