UrBC, Yekaterinburg, December 24, 2019. OOO FORES acted as one of the sponsors for the World Dance Council (WDC) World Championship in ten dance categories for professional dancers. The competition took place at Yekaterinburg EXPO’s new concert hall in Yekaterinburg for the first time on December 21, 2019, the company’s press service says.

Additionally, the first tournament of the Euro Asian Dance Council (EADC) was held at the same time.

Around a hundred pairs of contestants from nearly twenty different countries situated on three continents competed in the event. The preliminary rounds took place during the day, and the semi-final and final competitions took place in the evening.

‘The company and its founders keep supporting the development of certain sports and culture events in the Urals. This is, however, the first time we are supporting and witnessing this combination of sports and arts. This is a very real competition, cheering supporters and all. The championship has evidently shown, once again, that Yekaterinburg is quite fit to host spectacular national- and international-scale events, which is definitely good for both the city and all the people living in the Urals,’ the press service quotes OOO FORES’s Executive Director Mikhail Lovkov as saying.
