UrBC, Yekaterinburg, December 9, 2019. As of December 2, 2019, the average asking price on Yekaterinburg existing home market came to RUB 72,091 per m2; the prices have gone down by 0.6% in the last month, Ural Real Estate Chamber’s Analytical Department’s report indicates.

The market supply rose by 1.2% in November, reaching 9,120 homes, apartments, and rooms in communal apartments.

The selling process (from putting the place on sale to going through with the deal proper) takes about four months to complete at the moment.
