MMK Group Trade Union Directs RUB 14m to Covering Employees’ Children’s Healthcare

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, December 2, 2019. Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) Group Trade Union has allocated more than RUB 14m to co-fund the employees' children's stays at summer camps and health resorts since the start of the year, MMK's Information & PR Department reports.
In fact, the overall amount of funds directed to co-paying for the summer camp stays has gone up by RUB 3m over the last two years.
'The program the trade union adopted early in the year involves the workers whose children are going to summer camps during the school break. The trade union members get RUB 3,675 in reimbursement. In the summer of 2019, 3,855 trade union members were able to get the partial reimbursement for the cost of their children's stays at Gornoye Ushchelye and Uralskiye Zori (both of which camps belong to MMK's children's health and education facilities),' the company says.
