MMK Chair of the BOD Viktor Rashnikov Wins Director of The Year Award

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, November 29, 2019. Chair of the BOD at Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) Viktor Rashnikov won the All-Russian Director of The Year Award for his contribution to corporate governance system, MMK’s Information & PR Department reports.
The awarding ceremony took place in Moscow at the close of the 9th All-Russian Corporate Governance Forum. Viktor Rashnikov has once again been selected as one of the Top 25 Chairs of the BODs.
‘There are several MMK executives among the winners. For one, the independent members of the Board of Directors Tav Morgan, Kirill Levin, and Valery Martsinovich were among the 50 Best Independent Directors,’ the company says.
Director for Corporate Matters and Social Programs at MMK Sergey Krivoshchekov was among the 25 Best Directors for Corporate Governance/Corporate Secretaries.
The All-Russian Director of The Year Award was established in 2006 by the Professional Directors Association and the Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs. This is one of Russia’s most prestigious awards in the corporate governance sector.
