ChelPipe Group Takes Part in International Productivity Forum

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 28, 2019. ChelPipe Group is taking part in International Productivity Forum at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO on November 26-27, the company’s press service reports.
‘During the forum’s plenary session on Boosting Efficiency & Productivity 2025: Strategies, Mechanisms, Best Global Practices, ChelPipe’s Chair of the BOD Andrei Komarov is going to give a talk on how ChelPipe Group’s company philosophy known as White-Coated Metallurgy affects the company’s KPI. Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Russia’s Economic Development Minister Maxim Oreshkin, Director-General at the Federal Labor Productivity Skills Center Nikolai Solomon, Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor LLC Saint Petersburg branch Masashi Ishida, General Director at McDonald's Russia Marc Carena, and KUKA Nordics CEO Jonas Glimdén have also been invited to contribute to the plenary session,’ the press service says.
Additionally, ChelPipe Group’s Production System Development Director Alexander Mamontov will be giving a talk on the Group’s Future of White-Coated Metallurgy Corporate Training Program’s effect on labor productivity during the session on In-Company Training as A Labor Productivity-Boosting Factor. Mamontov will also take part in the session on Boosting Labor Productivity at State-Owned Companies & State Corporations: How Can We Achieve Our Goals? The discussion will dwell on the KPI and the ways to calculate them.
The Group is also planning to sign a liaising agreement with the government authorities on a series of labor productivity-boosting events for the company’s suppliers.
