Ural Airlines: Passenger Turnover Up 7%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 13, 2019. 8,277,436 people flew with Ural Airlines in January-October 2019, which exceeded the figures for one year earlier by 6%.
According the company’s press service, they operated 54,199 flights in the ten months of 2019 (+3% on the year 2018), including 27,704 domestic flights and 26,495 international ones. The airline’s passenger turnover rose by 7% in the course of one year and reached 20,068,510,000 passenger-kilometers.
875,053 people flew with Ural Airlines in October 2019, which was 9% more than one year earlier. 405,771 people went on the airline’s domestic flights and 469,282 people flew internationally. Ural Airlines operated 5,794 flights last month altogether, including 3,058 international flights and 2,736 domestic ones. The airline’s passenger turnover came to 2,180,004,000 passenger-kilometers in October (up 9% on one year earlier).
‘Last month, passengers chose Ural Airlines most frequently to get from Yekaterinburg to Anapa, Simferopol, and Sochi and from Moscow and Saint Petersburg to Kaliningrad. Moscow-Larnaca and Moscow-Barcelona flights proved the most popular international travel routes,’ the company’s press service says.
