UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 13, 2019. The State Labor Inspectorate completed its audit of OOO FORES’s branches, the company’s press service reports.

The government inspectors used specially designed check lists to look into the branches’ compliance with the labor legislation.

According to Deputy Executive Director for Job Safety and Industrial Safety at OOO FORES Nikolay Shedlovsky, the last time the company got audited by the State Labor Inspectorate was in 2016. The check lists got introduced in November 2017, so this is the first time FORES has faced this audit format. Shedlovsky believes check lists do make the entire procedure easier as well as more transparent.

The final audit report was produced on November 5 last week. Overall, only a few problems were pointed out.

‘For one, in several cases our paperwork was either incomplete or inaccurate. Every issue will be thoroughly looked into by the HR and Job Safety Departments. On the whole, the company management believes the departments underwent the audit successfully, proved efficient and very competent in the field of labor rights compliance,’ the company’s press service says.
