UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 11, 2019. The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development (UBRD) topped the rating of banks with the best terms for small businesses in Moscow in the third quarter of 2019.
The international rating agency Markswebb carries its Business Banking Fees Monitoring Rating every quarter. In the QIII’2019, eighteen leading Russian banks operating in Russia’s capital were featured in the rating.
According to the bank’s press service, the UBRD’s Promo package is one of the market’s best offers for freelancers who work as sole traders and self-employed.
‘Under the terms of the package, the administration of your account, transactions within the bank’s system, tax and budget payments, and Light E-Banking are all free of charge. You only pay a fee for making money transactions involving other banks. Promo Package shares the top position in the rating with seven other banks’ offers, where it also costs a freelancer RUB 0 to bank with a particular institution,’ the bank’s press service says.
Elena Sorvina, Head of the Directorate for Corporate Business Development at the UBRD, says the bank relies on customer experience and business customers’ feedback when designing products for small enterprises. Time has shown that, above all, businesses expect clear terms, simplicity, and user-friendliness.
