ChelPipe Group’s Team Wins 9 Medals in WorldSkills Hi Tech 2019

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 7, 2019. ChelPipe Group’s team won nine medals in the 6th national blue-collar job championship WorldSkills Hi Tech 2019 in Yekaterinburg, the Group’s press service reports.
‘The Group’s experts and contestants (including children from ChelPipe Group Tech Clubs, students on the Future of White-Coated Metallurgy Corporate Training Program and Tatarstan’s College of The Future Corporate Training Program, and employees of the company’s pipe-manufacturing and oilfield service divisions) competed in thirteen categories in General, Junior, and 50+ sections,’ the press service says.
As for the General section, ChelPipe Group’s team won two gold medals in Industrial Mechanics & Assembly and one silver one in Recruitment. Contestants in the Junior section won two gold medals in Industrial Robotics, three silver ones in Reverse Engineering, Industrial Automation, and Welding Technologies, and one bronze one in NC Milling.
All in all, 738 people from 53 different parts of Russia gathered together to compete in 48 categories in the 6th national blue-collar job championship WorldSkills Hi Tech 2019.
