UrBC, Chelyabinsk, October 23, 2019. ChelPipe Group and Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) held their 25th Coordination Council meeting on the two parties’ strategic cooperation projects. The meeting was attended by ChelPipe’s Purchases & Logistics Director Alexei Talnikov, MMK’s Deputy DG for Sales Sergey Ushakov, and employees of the two companies’ tech, production, and commercial departments.

According to ChelPipe’s press service, MMK is the Group’s key metal goods supplier and has delivered over 60,000,000 kg of produce to ChelPipe Group in the nine months of 2019.

‘As two long-term strategic partners, ChelPipe Group and MMK always intend to work together productively on mutually beneficial terms. The two parties agreed to work on a single information system with access to tech reference materials and stock item catalogues and online sharing of their vehicles’ location and of dispatching paperwork in order to speed up the order placement and delivery process,’ says ChelPipe Group’s Head of Strategic Liaising Department Alexander Golodyagin.
