10 October 2019 (09:15)

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, October 10, 2019. Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) Group’s MMK InformService presented its unique e-document flow system at Industry 4.0 Summit this month.

According to MMK’s Information & PR Department, the company’s innovative approaches to document flow automation and digitalization proved very interesting for the Industry 4.0 participants and received praise from the experts in the field.

MMK InformService presented the release-quality version of the System (aka ATACH, which is the original name of Mount Magnitnaya in Magnitogorsk) and is ready to sell the solution to all the interested parties.

ATACH was designed and implemented by MMK InformService’s Corporate Solutions Department and launched successfully within MMK Group. The e-document flow system ensures full automation of the entire paperwork cycle from creation and joint editing of documents to getting these documents signed to issuing orders to follow-up control.

The e-document flow solution helps speed up a company’s information flows, create a single information space, and save the workers’ time. The system’s key advantages are: a simple, intuitively clear interface, outstanding response speed, and access to the service from a mobile device anywhere in the world. The solution relies on a number of innovative approaches to interface design and system operation algorithms.
