UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 9, 2019. This year, OOO FORES allocated more than RUB 1.7m to cover the health resort stays of the company’s workers approaching retirement age, working pensioners, and workers eligible for early retirement, the company’s press service reports.
The company co-paid for the sanatorium stays of 44 workers who had their stays prescribed by doctors. 24 people are already back from their trips, with 20 more heading for the health resorts in October, November, and December.
‘FORES’s workers are staying at Kuryi and Lenevka Health Resorts and Sosnovy Bor Sports & Healthcare Center this year. They are all going for fourteen-day stays; the decision as to where a particular employee would be headed was made on the basis of doctor’s orders and the kind of treatment a specific health resort specializes in,’ the company explains.
OOO FORES’s Asbest branch and Sukhoi Log branch each had 14 employee stays covered by the company; the rest of the covered health resort stays went to employees in the company’s divisions in Kuryi and Kamensk-Uralsky and HQ in Yekaterinburg.
