UrBC, Chelyabinsk, October 2, 2019. ChelPipe Group and the German firm Dillinger held a coordination council meeting on Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant (ChelPipe) premises; the meeting was attended by heads and representatives of the two parties’ Logistics, Sales, and Tech Departments.

According to ChelPipe Group’s press service, Dillinger is one of the rolled metal sheet suppliers for ChelPipe and ETERNO. The two companies make pipes together, including those used in the The Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India Pipeline.

‘ChelPipe Group and Dillinger have been cooperating successfully for many years now. The coordination council meeting was dedicated to issues relating to quality of and delivery terms for rolled sheets, the preliminary performance data for the year 2019, and the action plan for the coming year,’ says Procurement & Logistics Director at ChelPipe Alexei Talnikov.

ChelPipe Group and Dillinger started doing business together in 2010, with Dillinger having supplied 500,000,000 kg of produce to Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant since then. Daniel Hooß from Dillinger’s Sales Department said the company felt grateful to the Group for organizing the meeting and hoped their future cooperation could remain just as fruitful and efficient.

During their visit to ChelPipe, Dillinger delegates took a tour of ETERNO and the Group’s flagship White-Coated Metallurgy facility: the large-diameter-pipe-manufacturing Vysota 239 Department.
