Beloyarskaya Nuclear Power Plant: Generating Unit 3 Restarts After Refueling

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 27, 2019. Beloyarskaya Nuclear Power Plant’s BN-600 Reactor Power-Generating Unit 3 resumed operating after scheduled refueling, maintenance, and preventive equipment overhaul.
According to the plant’s Information & PR Department, the power-generating unit reached its nominal capacity on September 25, 2019. The unit got shut down for the maintenance jobs on September 11, 2019.
In the meantime, the plant’s BN-800 Reactor Power-Generating Unit 4 keeps operating at nominal capacity on dispatch schedule.
