5m People Fly with Ural Airlines in January-July 2019

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 14, 2019. 5,311,162 passengers flew with Ural Airlines in the first seven months of 2019 (up 7% on one year earlier); 2,603,103 passengers went on the airline’s domestic flights and 2,708,059 people flew internationally, the air carrier’s press service reports.
The airline operated 35,645 flights in January-July 2019 (+3% on a year earlier), including 17,945 domestic flights and 17,700 international ones. The company’s passenger turnover rose by 9% and reached 12,892,301,000 passenger-kilometers.
1,068,607 passengers flew with Ural Airlines in July 2019, which exceeded the figures for July 2018 by 7%. 545,689 people went on the airline’s domestic flights and 522,918 people flew internationally. Ural Airlines operated 6,408 flights in July 2019, including 2,999 international flights and 3,409 domestic ones.
‘Flights from Yekaterinburg and Moscow to Anapa, Simferopol, and Sochi proved the most popular domestic ones in July, followed closely by Moscow-Kaliningrad and Moscow-Saint Petersburg ones. As for international flights, the ones operated from Moscow to Yerevan, Larnaca, Barcelona, Prague, and Tel Aviv and from Yekaterinburg to Prague and Beijing enjoyed the highest demand last month,’ the press service says.
