MMK To Present Produce at International Forum in Germany

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, June 26, 2019. METEC International Metallurgical Trade Fair opens in Düsseldorf today. Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) is taking part in the event, the company’s Information & PR Department reports.
Visitors coming to MMK’s stand will be able to see a wide range of produce and tech solutions offered by one of Russia’s largest metallurgical companies.
Following a large-scale renovation and upgrades project implemented in the last few years, MMK now makes up-to-date, competitive, innovative produce: high-margin heavy plates for the oil and gas sector and the shipbuilding, bridge-building, and machine-building industries; outstanding quality cold-rolled and galvanized rolled sheets (including those made from heavy-duty steels) for the car-making industry; a very wide range of other steel sheets and rolled section steel; and deep-level processing items (including zinc-coated rolled metal goods and units with polymeric coating).
The plant is ready to supply all of these to customers in Europe, MMK’s key and promising foreign sales market.
The 10th METEC 2019 International Metallurgical Trade Fair takes place in Düsseldorf on June 25-29, 2019. This is the world’s largest specialized forum on every aspect of tech processes in the metallurgical industry. The trade fair gets held every four years; in 2015, 2,214 exponents from all over the world took part in the event, and 78,000 people from 120 different countries came to the fair as visitors.
