Yekaterinburg’s District Akademicheskiy To Get Temporary Road, Pavement

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 21, 2019. The developer RSG-Akademicheskoye is coordinating an auction to find the contractor to build a temporary road and pavement in Timofeyev-Resovsky St (Blocks 26.2, 26.4, and 26.8) with exit ramps to the bridges in Wilhelm de Gennin St and Ryabinin St in District Akademicheskiy, Yekaterinburg, the developer’s press service reports.
The opening bid for the lot in question has been set at RUB 8,983,000 (20% VAT included).
Under the terms of the auction, the work needs to get completed between the day the contract gets signed and September 2019.
Potential bidders can sign up for the event on June 20-July 5, 2019. The results will get announced on July 19, 2019.
