UrBC, Moscow, June 10, 2019. MegaFon, ICS Holding’s YADRO, and Dell Technologies announced the start of their tech partnership that will result in a series of infrastructure projects for MegaFon’s digital platform, the telecom company’s press service reports.

The memorandum of intentions that set out the agreements the parties had reached was signed by MegaFon’s Director-General Gevork Vermishyan, Vice President and Director-General at Dell Technologies’ Dell EMC for Russia, Kazakhstan, and Central Asia Boris Scherbakov, and head of ICS Holding and Chair of the BOD at YADRO Anton Cherepennikov at Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 6.

According to MegaFon, the next stage of their digital transformation strategy has the setting up of an innovative digital ecosystem in Russia as its goal and will include a more expansive strategical partnership with ICS Holding and collaboration with the Russian corporate sector infrastructure product developer and manufacturer YADRO.

The companies intend to design innovative products based on the international tech corporation Dell Technologies’ platforms. YADRO is to develop the products that will serve as the infrastructural basis for MegaFon’s digital strategy in the corporate segment growth.
