ChelPipe Group To Celebrate Victory Day with Veterans

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 8, 2019. ChelPipe Group’s member enterprise Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant (ChelPipe) and Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ) are going to coordinate a series of festive events dedicated to the 74th Victory Day anniversary; more than 4,000 people will attend, the Group’s press service reports.
A special ceremony with war veterans, ChelPipe Group employees, and students on the Group’s Future of White-Coated Metallurgy Corporate Training Program will take place in Chelyabinsk on May 8. A concert will also be held for the plant’s long-service employees at ChelPipe Culture Palace. There will be performances by a children’s orchestra, a dancing group, and a show ballet team. Besides, a number of bands and dancers will also perform in the square next to the palace. Food will also be served from the kitchen truck. Finally, there will be the usual track-and-field relay race for the company workers, sportsmen and women, and schoolchildren at Voskhod Stadium on Victory Day.
Students on the Group’s Future of White-Coated Metallurgy Corporate Training Program will be presenting Pervouralsk locals with brown-and-black St. George’s ribbons on the eve of Victory Day and will also attend a memorial service at the Eternal Flame Monument in Pervouralsk. PNTZ workers will also take part in the solemn ceremony in the square next to the plant’s office building.
