Ural Airlines’ Flight Attendants Win SKYSERVICE 2019 Award

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 30, 2019. Ural Airlines’ flight attendants won gold as Best Team at the 4th International SKYSERVICE 2019 Forum.
According to the air carrier’s press service, the national and international airlines’ representatives spent two days on ISPY training workshop, both learning the theory and practicing. The judges’ panel assessed Ural Airlines’ team’s professional skills very highly and awarded gold medals to the team.
Ural Airlines’ flight attendant Anastasia Solovieva also became Miss Online in the Sky Lady 2019 beauty pageant after receiving the maximum online vote.
SKYSERVICE 2019 Forum’s Sky Lady 2019 event comprised a series of presentations made by the contestants, a Q&A session with the judges’ panel, and three catwalk performances (featuring the contestants in their company uniform, in a casual outfit, and in dressing gowns).
SKYSERVICE 2019 is one of the most important civil aviation sector events that is dedicated to on-board customer service. The main goals of the forum are to look for new ways to collaborate in the on-board service sector; to share experience of and with international airlines; and to present large-scale project and the mechanisms of their implementation in the on-board service sector.
