ChelPipe Group’s Training Center Reports on ProyekTY’s Performance

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 11, 2019. The very first class of ProyekTY Social Skills School had its performance assessed and its best student projects awarded in the course of a solemn ceremony at ChelPipe Group’s Training Center.
According to the Group’s press service, the ceremony was attended by Managing Director of ChelPipe Group’s Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ) Alexei Dronov, Mayor of Pervouralsk Igor Kabets, and Director of Sverdlovsk Region Business Support Foundation Ilya Sulla.
The school’s twenty-four students presented sixteen projects related to social services, healthcare, education, and employment opportunities for the more vulnerable groups, and received their certificates of completion. Besides, the best projects got selected, with funding provided by the Group’s member enterprise PNTZ and Sverdlovsk Region Business Support Foundation for their implementation.
Mobile Planetarium (a project to involve schoolchildren in learning about planets at a domed movie theater); Coding School for Children Aged 4-14, and Neuro-Logopedic Center (a project to provide professional assistance to special needs children and adults going through brain damage/disease rehabilitation process) won the top prizes. These projects will receive about RUB 2 million in financial support (interest-free loans).
The Social Skills School got launched at the initiative of ChelPipe Group and Sverdlovsk Region Business Support Foundation in 2018. The students’ training was part of an agreement signed by PNTZ, Pervouralsk Council, and Sverdlovsk Region Business Support Foundation.
