MMK To Present Goods At International Exhibition in Uzbekistan

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, February 28, 2019. The 20th International UzBuild 2019 Exhibition opened in Tashkent this week; Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) is taking part in the event, the company’s press service reports.
Uzbekistan is one of MMK’s key sales markets. The plant supplied 360,000,000 kg of metal goods to Uzbekistan-based customers last year, which amounted to more than a quarter of all shipments to customers within the CIS and to around 85% of all shipments to customers in Central Asia.
This year, MMK is presenting a wide range of metal goods, with a focus on construction goods, at UzBuild 2019. The produce comprises hot- and cold-rolled metal sheets, rolled section steel, zinc-coated metal sheets and metal goods with polymeric coating.
UzBuild 2019 is held at UzExpoCenter in Tashkent on February 27-March 1, 2019. Over 230 local and international producers and suppliers from twenty different countries are taking part in the event. Among the visitors are representatives of wholesale and retail trade businesses, construction and repair companies, and architects and design offices; they are all interested in finding good quality, up-to-date materials for their business. Some 10,000 people came to see the exhibition last year.
