International Commercial Arbitration Court to Open in Chelyabinsk

UrBC, Chelyabinsk, February 11, 2019. A branch of the International Commercial Arbitration Tribunal at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation will open in Chelyabinsk in the course of a solemn ceremony on February 22, the South Urals Chamber of Commerce & Industry reports.
The International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) is an alternative to the law-court processing of economic disputes involving Russian and non-Russian legal entities and sole traders.
President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin, Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Boris Dubrovsky, Chair of the ICAC and of the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Alexei Kostin, Chair of the Seventh General Jurisdiction Appellate Court Sergey Minin, Chair of Chelyabinsk Region Arbitration Court Evgeny Shaikhutdinov, top managers of local businesses and organizations, and head of companies’ legal departments will all attend the opening ceremony.
The ceremony will begin at Governor of Chelyabinsk Region’s residence at 27A Tsvilling St at 11 AM.
