KORTROS to Commission 12% More Housing in 2019
8 February 2019 (09:22)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 8, 2019. KORTROS Group intends to get 286,000 m2 of new housing commissioned in 2019, which will be 12% more than one year previously. The plan covers a number of new apartment buildings in Yekaterinburg’s District Akademicheskiy, which is now one of the largest urban development projects in Europe, the Group’s press service reports.
‘The apartment buildings and social infrastructure facilities in Akademicheskiy all have the modern engineering appliances, including ‘smart home’ systems. The systems in question allow home owners to control their utilities and spend less on housing bills. Besides, smart homes also make it possible to collect and process large amounts of data from the entire area,’ the press service says.
The Group also plans to complete the first portion of apartment buildings in Headliner - a multi-purpose living quarter next to Moscow City. According to KORTROS Group’s President Veniamin Golubitsky, homes and offices in the soon-to-be-commissioned buildings are selling extremely well. Additionally, the company expects to complete Dom No.128, another project in Moscow, this year. This is an apartment hotel that offers its guests both unique interior design solutions and the latest engineering infrastructure.
The Group is working on a set of apartment buildings (aka Gulliver) in Perm as well. The homes in Gulliver will all get fitted with smart home systems so that the owners can monitor their heating and water spending or activate home alarm systems from their smartphones. The smart home software package can get upgraded to include many more options at the user’s request.
