EVRAZ Directos RUB 1m to New Equipment for Kachkanar, Nizhniy Tagil Clinics

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, December 21, 2018. EVRAZ Holding allocated more than RUB 1 million for the new medical equipment in Kachkanar’s and Nizhniy Tagil’s clinics, EVRAZ Holding Ural’s PR Department reports.
Kachkanar Central Hospital now has two new semiautomatic analyzers, special-purpose sample cups, a set of chemical reagents, and supplies and appliances for lab blood testing.
‘The biochemistry analyzer has 99 different programs and can process 15 blood samples at a time. It only takes three minutes to get the test results ready. The hematology analyzer makes it possible to test a blood sample for the number of thrombocytes and leukocytes and for hemoglobin level in one minute. The clinic lab grew much more productive thanks to these new units,’ the Department says.
EVRAZ also purchased a computer-aided electrocardiograph and the ancillary equipment for it for Nizhniy Tagil Polyclinic 4. The ECG machine will be used to examine patients at the functional diagnostics department.
