Vladimir Zotov Appointed UBRD Treasury Director

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 26, 2018. Vladimir Zotov got appointed the Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development’s Treasury Operations Director on November 16, 2018.
According to the bank’s press service, Zotov will now be in charge running the treasury’s activities and making sure all treasury transactions go through. This includes legal framework improvements, software system supervision, and negotiations with external contractors. As the Treasury Operations Director, Zotov will also be responsible for coordinating the performance of treasury subdivisions that deal in a wide range of activities from foreign exchange/bond market/monetary operations to selling investment solutions to private customers.
Vladimir Zotov graduated from Ural State Technical University in 1997. He started working in the finance sector in 1995 and joined the UBRD team as Head of Banking Operations Department in 2002. He was appointed Head of Investment Services Department in 2004, Head of Finance Institutions Department in 2006, and Head of Finance Institutions & Investment Services Directorate in 2013. In 2016-2018, Zotov worked as UBRD Finance Markets Director and supervised investment services for retail customers, contractor bank collaboration, the UBRD bond issuance, and attracting domestic capital market funds.
