Southern Urals CCI to Host 4th Russian-Chinese Forum

UrBC, Chelyabinsk, November 22, 2018. Most of the 4th Russian-Chinese Forum’s events will take place in Chelyabinsk on December 4, 2018, Southern Urals’ Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s press service reports.

Some three hundred people are expected to arrive in Chelyabinsk on December 3, all of them Russian and Chinese government officials and business executives; they will all contribute to the 4th Russian-Chinese SME Forum 2018. The event is meant to serve as the primary platform for establishing business connections between the Russian and Chinese businessmen and women. The forum gets coordinated by the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace & Development Committee and Chelyabinsk Region Government on the Russian side. Southern Urals CCI acts as the forum’s primary operator.

The forum will open on December 4 with a plenary session on Digital Technologies As The Driver of Russia-China Economic Integration. The session will get contributed to by Chair of the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace & Development Committee and Plenipotentiary Representative of Russian Federation President for Businesspeople’s Rights Protection Boris Titov, Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Boris Dubrovsky, Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province Ne Yunlin, and Russian and Chinese government officials.

Governors of Russian federal constituencies and Chinese provinces will also make their reports; a number of business agreements will get signed as well. B2B and B2G negotiations will come directly after the plenary session.
