UrBC, Mezhdurechensk, November 20, 2018. EVRAZ plc, MTS, and Mezhdurechensk town council coordinated Superhit, a children’s singing contest that is part of the Generation M Charity Project, in Mezhdurechensk, EVRAZ Holding’s Raspadskaya Coal Company’s PR Department reports.

The contest winners then performed at the Generation M SuperChidlren Gala alongside the show headliners, Ecole performers, and The Voice Russia Children participants.

‘The fourteen-year-old Tatyana Shulayakova, who impressed the judges with her powerful rendition of Storonoyu Dozhd, won the first prize. The thirteen-year-old Sofia Komandina, who sang Je veux in French, and the eleven-year-old Zakhar Skogorev came second and third, respectively. Galina Ryzhkova (11 y.o.), who performed a Russian folk song, won a special Supporting National Heritage Prize,’ the Department says.

‘The important thing is that thanks to Generation M, the young locals of Mezhdurechensk can now reveal their creative potential. The project also covered a number of workshops on singing, folk dancing, and acting. The children and teens were quite happy to participate. Supporting Generation M means supporting Mezhdurechensk’s young talents’ development,’ says EVRAZ Holding’s Raspadskaya Coal Company’s HR Director Andrey Chirykin.
