6m People Fly with Ural Airlines This Year

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 12, 2018. 6,021,909 people flew with Ural Airlines between January and August 2018, the air carrier’s press service reports.
The airline offered its services to 3,349,824 passengers on domestic flights, 1,563,599 people on international flights, and 1,108,385 people on flights to and from the NIS member states. The airline operated 41,036 flights in January-August 2018 all in all (up 14% on a year earlier), including 23,013 domestic ones, 10,173 international ones, and 7,850 flights to and from the NIS member states. The company’s passenger turnover rose by 16% and amounted to 14,394,629,000,000 passenger-kilometers.
As for the month of August, 1,078,374 people flew with Ural Airlines last month, which was 12% more than in August 2017. The airline operated 6,576 flights in August 2018, including 3,756 domestic ones, 1,693 international ones, and 1,127 flights to and from the NIS member states. The company’s passenger turnover amounted to 2,575,675,000 passenger-kilometers.
