UBRD: Online Card-to-Card Transfers Now Free

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 2, 2018. The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development’s customers can make card-to-card transfers on the bank’s website free of charge on August 1-31, 2018, the bank’s press service reports.

The service is available on www.ubrr.ru and no sign-up/sign-in is necessary.

‘We introduced p2p transfers on our website around a month ago. Since then, the number of such transactions has been rising by 20% every week. Around 40% of these transactions are transfers to UBRD cards from cards issued by other banks. The average transaction amount comes to RUR 9,350; the largest so far is RUR 50,000,’ the press service says.

The bank intends to introduce even more p2p transfer options on its website in the near future.

UBRD: Number of E-Banking Users Up 22%

UBRD Launches Mir Card

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 7, 2016. The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development (UBRD) started working with the Mir National Payment System on July 1, the bank’s press service reports. Mir cardholders can already use their cards to pay for their shopping at malls fitted with UBRD’s POS terminals, take out cash at the bank’s ATMs, and get the needed cash from the bank’s tellers. UBRD Card Holders Spend RUB 4.5bn This Year
