ChelPipe Group’s Training Program Graduates Get Diplomas

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 4, 2018. 132 students who have successfully completed ChelPipe Group’s Future of White-Coated Metallurgy Corporate Training Program received their vocational school-leaving certificates today; seven students graduated with honors, the company press service reports.
The program’s most promising alumni are already employed with ChelPipe Group’s Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ). Vassily Kozyritsky and Andrei Mihailov won the 5th WorldSkills Russia’s local rounds in Mechatronics; Evgeny Aleksandrov and Maxim Melnikov won the 3d WorldSkills Hi Tech’s nationwide round; and Maxim Populov also took part in the international round of WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017in Industrial Mechanics & Assembly.
‘The Future of White-Coated Metallurgy Program has been around for seven years now; 677 people completed the course, and 70% of them now work for ChelPipe Group,’ says PNTZ Managing Director Alexei Dronov.
‘These young people choose this company because we offer them everything they need to grow professionally. The dual education program means they leave their schools with three or four blue-collar qualifications and are fully prepared for the realities of a metallurgical production site.’
