MMK Presents Produce in Azerbaijan

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 31, 2018. Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) is taking part in the 25th International Caspian Oil & Gas 2018 Exhibition in Baku; the exhibition opened on May 29, 2018, the company press service reports.
‘Azerbaijan in particular and the Caspian Sea area in general are among MMK’s most appealing and promising markets. In 2017, MMK supplied more than 140,000,000 kg of goods to Azerbaijan, which is the largest amount delivered to the Southern Caucasus and to a NIS member state,’ the press service says.
The Caspian Oil & Gas 2018 Exhibition is dedicated to the development of the Caspian Sea’s oil and gas resources and is held in Baku’s ExpoCenter; the event will close on June 1. MMK has been contributing to the exhibition for a number of years now. This year, the company stand features a wide range of metal goods for construction purposes and rolled metal goods (made from highly durable steels) for the machine-building industry.
The event is supported by Azerbaijan’s Energy Ministry and the state-owned O&G company SOCAR.
