MMK Group’s Employees Sign New Collective Agreement

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, May 22, 2018. The workers of MMK Group’s member enterprise United Service Company (OSK) signed their new three-year Collective Agreement, MMK Information, PR & Advertising Department reports.

OSK Director Sergey Leskov also reported on how the terms and conditions of the Agreement 2015-2017 had been met.

Within the last three years, the company’s sales (both in terms of goods and services) rose by 7.9% and amounted to over RUR 12.5bn in 2017. OSK’s sales profits were estimated at RUR 267 in 2017, which exceeded last year’s target figures by RUR 40m; this was also nearly 15% more than in 2016.

Additionally, the workers’ average monthly pay went up by 15.6% in 2015-2017, while labor productivity increased by 17.7%.
