MegaFon Appoints Digitalization Expert in the Urals

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 18, 2018. Vladimir Myshenko joined the team of MegaFon Ural’s top managers to ensure the company’s corporate customers segment development in Sverdlovsk Region, the telecommunications provider’s press service reports.
The new B2B executive will be in charge of introducing local businesses to complex digital solutions and improving corporate customer service.
‘The primary goal behind this new appointment is to ensure a more focused approach to our business customers. Our top priorities are: building up on MegaFon’s share of Sverdlovsk Region market through launch of complex telecom solutions for businesses; finding new partners; and enhancing existing customers’ loyalty and thus securing a larger share of the corporate customer market,’ says MegaFon Sverdlovsk Region’s Director Inna Dzhur.
According to MegaFon, over 35,000 Ural companies have chosen them as their telecommunications services provider; every one in three customers is based in Sverdlovsk Region.
