UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 19, 2018. Akademicheskiy Management Company won the local Best Management Company Contest; the competition was coordinated by Sverdlovsk Region’s Ministry for Communal Housing Services & Utilities on March 15, RSG-Akademicheskoye’s press service reports.

According to the event coordinators, the contest aims to distinguish companies with the best housing management practices and to help spread these practices across the constituency in order to ensure residents’ comfort and safety.

‘The contest was two-fold: first, an expert committee processed competing management companies’ application packages between February 15 and March 5; the applications provided full information on the companies’ performance, that is, quantitative and qualitative indicators relating to urban improvements, renovation jobs, maintenance, waste disposal, and other aspects. Next, the actual team contest took place at the Prom Expo 2018 Exhibition at World Trade Center in Yekaterinburg on March 15, and the winner was selected,’ the press service says.

Ten contestant companies from Kushva, Sukhoi Log, Kirovgrad, Kamyshlov, Berezovsky, Bogdanovitch, Polevskoy, Kamensk-Uralsky, Mikhailovsk, and Yekaterinburg met in the final round to make presentations of their business and its achievements.
