5 ChelPipe Employees Receive State Awards

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 19, 2018. Five employees of ChelPipe Group’s Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) were given state awards by President Vladimir Putin’s decree, the company press service reports.

The solemn awarding ceremony took place in Plenipotentiary Representative of Russian Federation President in Ural Federal District’s office.

Pipe-Rolling Department’s foreman Viktor Amelin, head of Vysota 239 Department’s Pipe-Welding Section Vassily Fadeev, and hot-roll mill operator from the plant’s Pipe-Rolling Department Sergey Kulikov were awarded the honorary titles of Russia’s Honored Metallurgist.

Pipe-Rolling Department’s hot-roll mill operator Oleg Larin and Pipe-Welding Department’s electrician Evgeny Nurov were both awarded medals of the For Merit to the Fatherland Order (II). Both workers have been employed with ChTPZ for many years now.
