Akademicheskiy Looks for School Architect

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 22, 2018. RSG-Akademicheskoye is coordinating a tender to find designers and survey work experts for a school in Yekaterinburg’s Akademicheskiy District, the developer’s press service reports.
The contract on offer is for design and survey work (a building information model) for a secondary school fit for 825 students in Quarter 10 of Akademicheskiy District in Yekaterinburg.
The opening price bid is set at RUR 10,848,509 (18% VAT included); the entire work should be completed before February 2019 (the starting point being the date the contract gets signed).
Applications can be submitted between 10 AM on February 20 and 5 PM on March 6, 2018. The admissions office can be found at 22 Pavel Shamanov St (Office 218) in Yekaterinburg and is open from 10 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
A potential contractor must sign up for a tender as a participant on March 2, 2018 at the latest.
Applications must be submitted via email (T.Kerber@kortros.ru) and must include the following: a filled-in application form, a Uniform State Register of Legal Entities certified copy of an entry, your latest statement of assets and liabilities, your company card, a statement of previous work experience, and the company portfolio/presentation.
The results will be announced on March 21, 2018.
