Alexander Malov graduated from Tomsk State University with a degree in Innovative Marketing. He’s been working in marketing, sales, and customer service for eight years now. The 28-year-old Malov came to MegaFon in 2011.

Prior to his appointment at MegaFon Ural, Malov worked as Head of Commerce at MegaFon’s Abakan branch. His move to the Urals means a wider range of new responsibilities as well as a geographical expansion.

‘The Urals’ market is a highly competitive one: there are six mobile carriers competing for local customers here. This is why the new top manager’s ambitious goal is to attract new and retain existing customers and make MegaFon the No.1 choice for mobile communication, a company that offers convenient solutions and Internet services,’ says Director of MegaFon Ural Valeriy Velichko.

MegaFon plans to focus on affordable rates for smartphone and tablet users and the development of unique digital services that turn your smartphone into an all-purpose assistant for everything from e-payments to film viewing to parental control to tracking your family members’ location.
