Sinara Development Commissions New Building in Volgograd

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 19, 2018. Sinara Group’s Sinara Development finished its 11th apartment building in Novy Svet District in Volgograd, the Group’s press service reports.
The commissioning permit for the building was obtained on December 22, 2017. The new home owners will start collecting their keys on January 20. The 16-storey building has 171 apartments and three offices. There are only 25 apartments still left on offer.
‘Novy Svet is a fully developed residential area with extensive infrastructure. There are mini markets, pharmacies, beauty parlors, and much else besides on the ground floors of the buildings. Also, a kindergarten opened here in 2015,’ the Group’s press service says.
The district is designed in accordance with the Happy Childhood Territory Concept: there are multifunctional playgrounds and sports sites and cycling lanes in the area meant for workouts and family recreation. The cozy yards and a nice park with comfortable benches have already become the locals’ favorite places to go to. The area’s very own skating rink that opened during the New Year break was a nice present for all of Novy Svet residents. The skating rink is open to visitors 24/7.
