8 November 2017 (09:19)
UrBC, Chelyabinsk, November 8, 2017. ChTPZ Group shareholders Andrei Komarov and Alexander Fedorov are going to take part in the 14th Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum in Chelyabinsk on November 8-9, the Group’s press service reports.
This major business event is dedicated to human capital development this year; the Group is presenting its Future of White Metallurgy Corporate Training Program - a project on training highly skilled blue-collar workers for the metallurgical industry.
Russia’s Education & Science Ministry’s stand will include The Future of White Metallurgy as an example of efficient public-private partnership project in the Russian vocational training sector. An interactive display panel will present the entire training system from high school to the plant’s production site. The panel offers all visitors to the stand a chance to take a virtual tour of ChTPZ Group’s Training Center, take a look at the classrooms, and see all the newest equipment and the up-to-date labs.
‘Visitors to the forum will also see Prosodia, an art installation project that served as the Group’s hallmark at Saint Petersburg Economic Forum. Prosodia gets activated by the viewers themselves; it turns in slow, rhythmic motion, creating a combination of mechanical and lighting features. In technical terms, this is a structure consisting of a number of rotors, motors, and mechanisms that all set numerous string-covered discs into motion. This installation stands for the synthesis of artistic and technological thought. It was created by students from the Group’s Training Center and the media artist Dmitri Morozov,’ the press service says.
