ChTPZ Group’s Managers Go for Modern Management Technologies Training

UrBC, Chelyabinsk, November 8, 2017. ChTPZ Group’s managers completed a course of Modern Management Technologies recently offered by Sberbank Corporate University, the company press service reports.

The three-day lecture and seminar course took place on university campus and involved a hundred of the Group’s key managers. ChTPZ Group’s shareholder Andrei Komarov opened the program, followed by President of Sberbank German Gref and his lecture on the new tech trends and modern management models.

Sberbank experts, business community representatives, and professionals from the academic and culture fields all presented their reports on up-to-date approaches to management to the Group’s managers.

Professor at Yale University Center for Emotional Intelligence (and one of the key researchers to introduce EI in science) David Caruso gave a lecture on a manager’s EI and its value to business management. Sberbank’s Senior Vice President Bart Schlatmann presented ‘agile’ - a new approach to project management. Professor and Senior Researcher at Higher School of Economics Center for Neuroeconomics & Cognitive Science Vassily Klyucharev spoke about today’s decision-making strategies and concepts. Proyektnaya Praktika Group’s Managing Partner Mikhail Dubovik made a report on the basics of program/project management, and Russian Quantum Center’s Director-General Ruslan Yunusov spoke about the technological race of the 21st century.
