ChTPZ Group Supplies Split Tees to Gazprom

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 3, 2017. ChTPZ Group is now the first Russian company to supply split tees to Gazprom, the company press service reports.
The tees were made at the Group’s ETERNO.
The split tees will be used for capital repairs of the second line of Vuktyl-SGPZ (Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar) condensate pipeline. ETERNO’s produce will allow for repairs without interrupting any oil/gas transfer. As it happens, Russian oil and gas companies used to have to rely on foreign manufacturers for their split tees before.
‘Making import substitution items for the oil and gas industry is one of the company’s priorities. Our White Metallurgy produce such as large-diameter pipes and OCTGs with premium threaded joints already proved as efficient as their foreign counterparts. We can now supply the national oil and gas sector with up to 150 high quality split tees a year,’ says ChTPZ Group’s Commercial Director Denis Prikhodko.
