UBRD to Take Part in HR Smart Conference

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 30, 2017. The 8th HR Smart Conference will take place in Yekaterinburg on Friday, October 27, 2017, the Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development’s press service reports.
The event is coordinated by rabota66.ru and the UBRD.
This year, invited experts will speak on how a company can make its employees loyal to its values, present reports on non-financial motivation mechanisms and on the importance of employee training, and will share their hiring expertise.
The bank’s Head of Employer’s Brand Development Center Elena Khrenova will talk about turning a company employees into its brand ambassadors. UBRD Head of Competence Development Center Irina Fedkina will make a presentation on how employee training can affect business results. Head of Employee Involvement & Career Development Center Veronica Mkrtumyan will share her expertise in gauging hiring efficiency.
The conference will be held at the Angelo by Vienna House Ekaterinburg Hotel at 55a Bakhchivandzhi St. You can sign in starting from 9 AM, the reports begin at 10 AM.
