SinaraPromTrans to Work with TAGMET

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 25, 2017. Sinara Transport Machines’ SinaraPromTrans will now offer its vehicle maintenance services to Pipe Metallurgical Company’s Taganrog Metallurgical Plant (TAGMET), Sinara Group’s press service says.

TAGMET handed its 13 locomotive shunters, a railway depot, and 57 km worth of railways over to SinaraPromTrans. The latter also re-employed all of the railway depot workers.

SinaraPromTrans also signed an agreement with TAGMET’s trade union to keep all of the employee social benefit packages and bonuses; this is part of the plant’s Collective Agreement,’ the press service says.

According to SinaraPromTrans Director-General Lev Repin, the two companies developed all the necessary business processes to help set up smooth shunter performance prior to launching this outsource project.
