EVRAZ Holding Ural’s Employees Join Youth Conference

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 25, 2017. Some two hundred workers from EVRAZ Holding Ural and its daughter companies took part in the holding’s Together! Youth Conference, the company press service reports.
Employees of EVRAZ Nizhniy Tagil Integrated Metallurgical Works (NTMK) and EVRAZ Kachkanar Ore Mining & Processing Enterprise (KGOK) talked about the two companies’ development potential and the carrier opportunities their offer.
EVRAZ Vice President and head of EVRAZ Holding Ural Maxim Andriasov discussed the company development, carrier, and a healthy lifestyle with young workers attending a special round table discussion. The Vice President said it was important to be proactive and do one’s best at work.
‘Quite a few great ideas about our companies’ future and the opportunities our production has to offer to the young newcomers have been voiced today. We are going to look into all the proposals and come up with an action plan,’ Andriasov said.
This year, the youth conference had The Year of The Environment as its theme. A number of artistic, sports, and intellectual competitions were all centered on environmental issues; five teams took part in the contests, which included rope courses, mini-football championships, and volleyball, street-ball, table tennis, and rifle-shooting challenges.
