UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 24, 2017. EVRAZ Holding’s Nizhniy Tagil Integrated Metallurgical Works (NTMK) bought four new comfortable buses for employee home-to-work transfers, the holding’s Ural division reports.
The new buses will be used on both the inner city and commuter routes. The vehicles are currently being tested and will start doing the transfers in the nearest future.
‘One of the company’s CSR programs is about ensuring employee transfer to work and back. NTMK gets its bus pool renovated and upgraded on a regular basis to make sure our workers can commute comfortably,’ says EVRAZ NTMK HR Director Alexei Pyrin.
‘The new buses are more spacious, with more seats for more passengers. There are wider doors, an up-to-date heating system, and LED announcement boards. There is a seatbelt on every seat. The buses are suitable for commuter routes as well as for taking children to, for example, our Baranchinskie Ogonki Camp,’ the company says.
Some more new buses will be bought next year as well.
