Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant’s Managing Director Alexei Dronov made a report on creating an efficient vocational training system at the Group’s Training Center; he used data and findings from the company’s research on local employers’ satisfaction with the existing blue-collar jobs candidate pool,’ the press service says.
